1. What specifications of PP strap can your machine produce?
Our machine produces PP strap with width 5–19mm, thickness 0.45–1.00mm, tensile strength 50–200kg, standard paper core Ø200mm, length 1000–7000m/roll, suitable for logistics, carton, appliance, wire and other packing scenarios.
2. What raw materials are suitable for the PP strap production line?
Suitable for PP virgin pellets and PP recycled flakes, recommended density 0.92–0.96g/cm³. Equipped with 4-position double-column screen changer to remove impurities and ensure stable extrusion.
3. What is the suitable working temperature for the machine?
Extrusion temperature 180–220℃. Finished PP strap works stably at -10℃ to 80℃; softening or brittleness may occur beyond this range.
